Ms. Leslie Baker

Ms. Leslie Baker is a native West Virginian and resides in Beckley. In 2008, she was appointed by the Governor to the New River CTC Board of Governors, and in 2016 joined the Foundation Board of Directors. Ms. Baker is the Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Beckley, and is active in her community serving on the Southern West Virginia CVB, Raleigh County CVB, Salvation Army, Theatre West Virginia, West Virginia Museum Association, Appalachian Festival, Beckley Kids Classic Festival, Raleigh County Read Aloud, and Beckley events. She is also the co-director of the Rocket Boys Festival. Ms. Baker is married to Jim Baker.
