The Ruritan National Foundation scholarships are awarded by the Ruritan National Foundation in partnership with New River Community and Technical College to provide financial assistance to students to further their education past high school. The scholarship is matched by a Board of Governors tuition waiver, doubling the award amount.
Criteria for Selection
- Applicants must demonstrate financial need, good character, and academic promise.
- Applicants must have the endorsement of two Ruritan members.
